Philosophy: I believe that our subconscious mind is inherently benevolent and knows what we need to do in order to be happy, healthy and safe. However, that wisdom is often blocked by habits, thoughts, feelings and behaviour developed as we live our lives. Using hypnosis, I help clients change their old habits into better habits, learn to make their own right decisions, get in touch with their own guiding power, and free themselves from negative emotions.
Motivational (generally 1-4 sessions) Examples: goal setting and personal motivation, enhancing public speaking skills, improving sports ability, improving organizational abilities and efficiency, improving ability to play a musical instrument, improving memory, improving ability to focus and concentrate, mastering self-hypnosis
Habit Change (generally 1-6 sessions) Examples: improving sleep patterns, improving eating habits, improving study habits, help stop overeating, quit smoking, reduce or eliminate teeth grinding
Self-esteem and Confidence (generally 1-4 sessions) Examples: building self-esteem, overcoming shyness, improving self-confidence, helping to remove fear of public speaking .
Hypnosis for stress reduction (generally 1-3 sessions) Examples: increasing relaxation, decreasing stress, reducing tensions, removing phobias (usually in one session!), reducing fears.
Pain Management (generally 3-6 sessions) Examples: Physical - accidents, sports injury, burns, joints. Psychological - stress, tension, muscle spasm, teeth clenching, migraines, TMJ, etc. Procedure - operational, birth, dentistry, needles, etc. Disease - Arthritis, Cancer, Fibromayalgia, MS, AIDS, Lupus, Crones, Colitis, etc.

Birthing (4 sessions) In birthing, clients will learn self-hypnosis and how valuable it can be in the birth process. You will also learn 5 pain management tools as well as release fears, worries and anxieties associated with birth and pregnancy.
Breech Babies Hypnosis is a safe and gentle way to encourage your baby to change from a breech position to a head down position. Often breech babies are in a breech position because the muscles in and around the uterus are tight and are not allowing the baby to turn easily. Feelings of fear and anxiety may be keeping these muscles tight. By using relaxation and gentle suggestions, many mothers are able to completely relax and release tension from this area enabling the babies to turn on their own.
